My aim is to work in partnership with you in a safe therapeutic, non-judgemental environment to explore aspects of your life that you may wish to clarify, understand or change. My aim is also to help you accept yourself, change your behaviour to one which is more productive for you and to help you move towards becoming the kind of person you want to be.
There are many different theoretical approaches to counselling and psychotherapy. I believe that there is not just one model that helps everyone. I draw on a variety of techniques and theoretical models that I am trained in.
